ELA Success Studios is an educational company dedicated to helping students in pre-K through eighth grade develop the reading and writing skills they need to succeed in school and beyond. Through engaging instructional resources, interactive learning experiences, and research-based teaching strategies, we help students build confidence while developing strong literacy foundations.

We believe every child has the ability to become a successful reader and writer when provided with clear instruction, meaningful practice, and consistent encouragement. Our goal is to make learning engaging, accessible, and empowering for every student we serve.

Meet the Founder

ELA Success Studios was founded by Rah’Shaun Shaffon, an experienced English Language Arts educator with nearly three decades of experience serving students in and out of public schools. Throughout her career, she has been committed to helping learners strengthen their reading, writing, and communication skills while creating positive and engaging learning environments.

Her passion for literacy and student success inspired the creation of ELA Success Studios—a company dedicated to providing families, educators, and students with high-quality educational resources that make learning both effective and enjoyable.

Rah’Shaun’'s vision extends beyond creating educational materials. She is committed to helping students build confidence, develop a lifelong love of learning, and discover the skills they need to succeed academically and in life.
